Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of smartphone apps provided by Aplista ("we"). By using an app, you agree to these Terms. App-specific terms prevail where provided.
1. Operator
Trade name: Aplista (sole proprietor). Contact: support@aplista.net (weekdays 10:00–18:00 JST).
2. Apps covered
All apps we distribute on the App Store and Google Play (e.g., KumaMap, GlowUp Camera, PromptNotes, TesBen, HenGaoCam, SwingClip, OjisanRace).
3. Purchases
- One-time purchases unlock the feature permanently for the purchasing Apple ID / Google account (e.g., SwingClip, OjisanRace). Use "Restore Purchases" after reinstalling or changing devices.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancel in your Apple or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel.
- Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end. For one-time purchase apps with a free trial period, trial features stop until purchased. Conditions are shown on the purchase screen.
- Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive card details. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies (Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com ; Google Play Help). We cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Ads
Some free apps show third-party ads (e.g., Google AdMob). See the Privacy Policy.
5. User posts and nicknames (KumaMap, TesBen, etc.)
Posts and nicknames are visible to other users. Prohibited: false or prank reports; personal information of others; obscene, violent, discriminatory, threatening or defamatory content; infringement of rights; spam; illegal content. We may remove content without notice and restrict posting from anonymous IDs or devices that repeatedly violate these Terms. You are responsible for your posts. Report content in the app (KumaMap for iOS) or at support@aplista.net.
6. AI features (PromptNotes)
"AI formatting" sends the text you choose to an external AI service (Google Gemini API). AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or fit for purpose and may change meaning; always review it. Do not send others' personal or confidential information.
7. KumaMap information
Bear sighting information combines public sources and user reports and may be delayed, incorrect or incomplete. It does not guarantee your safety. Follow official information from local authorities and use your own judgment.
8. Prohibited acts
Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, automated mass access, harassment, and illegal acts.
9. Disclaimer
Apps are provided "as is". Except for our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages. Please back up your on-device data.
10. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue apps, with advance notice where reasonably possible for paid features.
11. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be announced on this page or in the app.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
13. Apple
Apple's Standard EULA also applies to apps obtained from the App Store.
